Style Settings for the Price Line Item Notes Feature

Each price line item in your sales quotes can optionally have additional notes insert by the sales consultant, this information appears below the price line item. By default these notes are rendered in italic font (as seen in the screenshot below).  This format can be changed using the Price Table Settings controller.

To access the Price Tables Settings feature, click on the Configuration menu, then select the option Price Table Settings, as shown below.

The Price Table Settings tool has two components, the left panel shows a mockup of the price table with some areas that you can click into in order to make changes, such as data labels, price table footer and the Section name; the right panel contains style settings that can be updated by clicking on one of the section-headings.

To adjust the settings for the Price Line Item Notes, click on the heading NOTES STYLE

Next you will see the settings appear (as shown below).

The Font Style setting allows you to select "Italics" or "Editor".  The default is italics, if you would prefer to set your own font presentation set this option to "Editor".  This will mean that what ever font style you set when adding notes using the text editor will be used in the sales quote, (instead of forcing the italics font style).

The Line Style setting will dictate how the line drawn on the left of the notes text in the sales quote line item will appear. You can select Solid, Dashed, or Dotted.  The default will be Solid.

To set the thickness of the line on the left of the line item notes, use the Weight input, the default is 1 (pixel) to increase the thickness type a larger number eg, 2 or 3.

Using the Colour field, the line colour can be set to grey or theme colour. The theme colour setting will set the colour of the line to the sales quote theme colour that you select when creating a sales quote.

After you have made your changes, click on the Save button (top right of the page)

After you click the Save button, you will see the confirmation message as shown below.  Please note that your saved price table setting changes do not take affect on existing sales quotes until the sales quote is edited (or revised if sent already) and is saved again.
